By accessing our website (printops.store) or purchasing a digital software license for StreamFlow Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use our software applications.
StreamFlow Cloud is a multi-platform media player application and cloud playlist management tool. Our software licenses grant users digital access to configure, synchronize electronic program guides (EPG), and optimize stream buffers across compatible client devices (Smart TVs, Mobile, and Desktop platforms).
StreamFlow Cloud operates strictly as an independent software application under a "Bring Your Own Media" architecture. PrintOps does not host, broadcast, archive, retransmit, or sell any television channels, video streams, or copyrighted audiovisual media. Users are strictly responsible for importing their own lawful media playlists and sources.
Our order process and payment processing is conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer transaction processing, billing inquiries, tax compliance, and returns in accordance with international financial standards.
All purchases are delivered electronically. Upon successful verification of checkout by Paddle, your software license credentials and setup guides are transmitted automatically to your registered email address within 5 to 15 minutes.
Software licenses are provisioned for fixed durations (3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year). Users may renew or cancel subscription renewals at any time prior to the scheduled renewal date through their Paddle receipt link or by contacting our billing desk.
PrintOps and StreamFlow Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software application or third-party network outages.
